Grace Ann Ponzo

It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the heartbreaking passing of Grace Ann Ponzo.

Grace was born September 4, 1955 in Long Island, NY. She was the true definition of amazing. She had a beautiful soul and was an inspiration to all.

Grace was the devoted wife of 47 years to Anthony Ponzo, and a loving mother to Dina, Anthony and Lea. She was a very proud Gigi (grandmother) to Stephen, Jason  and Mikey.

Her spirit, compassion, wisdom and love (which she gave to all) will be greatly missed. Grace will never be forgotten and her legacy lives on in all those who she loved and who love her.
